Our Story
 
There are 2 of us running this show, Hallie and Tanya both Moms and Naturopathic Doctors with over 25 years of combined experience and the founders of 2 Naturopathic Moms LLC.
 
We both know what extreme exhaustion is - on top of hearing so many moms' stories of their struggles with fatigue, we have also been there! If naturopathic training wasn’t enough to bring us to the brink of exhaustion, once the kids came into the mix, the tiredness was debilitating. Although we both went through tiredness when the kids were young, Tanya's exhaustion did not go away. 
 
After Tanya's third child turned 3, instead of finally getting a bit of her own life back and feeling more energized, she still felt exhausted all of the time. She tried everything to increase her energy: copious amounts of caffeine, intense workouts,  sleeping aids...
