Want a Healthier Home but Don't Know Where to Start?

Cleaning sprays, shampoo, sunscreen, candles, plastic containers, tap water... Everyday products can contain chemicals many families would rather avoid, especially ones that may affect hormones, energy and long-term health.

But trying to figure it out on your own is exhausting. Every label is confusing, every website says something different, and replacing everything at once isn't realistic for most budgets.

You don't need to overhaul your whole house overnight. You just need a clear plan and to know which changes matter most.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I start making my home less toxic?

Start with the things you use every day: your drinking water, food storage and cookware, cleaning products and personal care products. You don’t need to change everything at once. This course shows you which swaps make the biggest difference first.

Is nonstick cookware safe?

Many nonstick pans are made with chemical coatings that can break down over time, especially at high heat or once they’re scratched. Many families choose to switch to stainless steel, cast iron or ceramic as their pans wear out. The course walks you through safer options for cookware and food storage.

What are hormone disruptors (xenoestrogens)?

Xenoestrogens are chemicals that can act like estrogen in the body. They can be found in some plastics, personal care products, pesticides and fragrances. The course explains where they’re commonly found and simple ways to reduce your family’s exposure.

Do I have to replace everything, and is it expensive?

No. The course helps you prioritize and swap things gradually as products run out. Many changes cost little or nothing, like how you store food, freshen your air or choose what to buy next time.

How long does it take, and how long do I have access?

There are 18 short lessons. You can work through them in a weekend or tackle one area of your home each week, and you have lifetime access, including future updates.

Is this medical advice?

No. This course is for education only. If you have specific health concerns, talk to your health care provider or book a one-on-one visit with Dr. Tanya or Dr. Hallie.

What if it’s not right for me?

Because you get instant access to all course materials, all sales are final.
